MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:

«Cryodestruction and Cryotherapy».

Dates: on weekdays and practice on Saturdays.

Tuition fee: 11.000 rubles.

Training format: full-time, using distance learning technologies.

Training objectives: to develop the ability and willingness to apply modern methods of clinical and dermatoscopic diagnosis and treatment of diseases and neoplasms of the skin and mucous membranes using liquid nitrogen for high-quality and timely patient care.

After completing the program, the accrual of 18 credit units on the portal of the Portal of Continuing Medical Education and the issuance of a certificate of increased calibration of the state standard.

The work program of the training module 1 - «Diagnosis of skin neoplasms»:

• Clinical diagnosis of skin neoplasms.
• Dermatoscopic diagnosis of skin neoplasms.

The work program of the training module 2 - «Treatment»:

• Biological and physical aspects of cryogenic treatment – cryotherapy and cryosurgery;
• Mechanisms of cryogenic action;
• General and local aerocryotherapy;
• Areas of application of the chemotherapeutic method of treatment;
• Cryotherapy of the scalp;
• Cryomassage of the face;
• Indications and contraindications for cryosurgical treatment;
• Advantages and possible side effects of cryosurgical treatment;
• Cryodestruction of neoplasms of the skin and mucous membranes, selection of the method and methods of cryodestruction, cryodestruction in combination with other treatment methods;
• Prospects for the development of cryosurgical treatment.

During the practical lesson, cadets get acquainted with the cryogenic treatment room: the equipment of the room and the technical component of cryosurgical devices for nitrous oxide; development of skills in working with equipment for cryodestruction of skin and mucous tumors; clinical analysis with a demonstration of the treatment of the main nosological units (much attention is paid to the cryosurgical method of treatment of both the most common pathology and the pathology for which cryosurgical treatment is etiotropic and pathogenetically justified).

Training format: The training format is full-time, mixed (ONline and OFFline), intermittent, using distance learning technologies.

Training objectives: The objectives of the training are to familiarize with cryogenic treatment methods and their application in various fields of medicine by specialists of both therapeutic and surgical profiles; a detailed analysis of the cryosurgical treatment method and its application in the treatment of various diseases; combinations of cryosurgical method with other treatment methods and its application in high-tech medical care; development of cryosurgical treatment skills with the formation of the ability and willingness to use this method for the treatment of various neoplasms of the skin and mucous membranes, for high-quality and timely patient care.

After completing the program, the accrual of 36 credit units on the portal of the Portal of Continuing Medical Education and the issuance of a certificate of increased calibration of the state standard.

Venue: Online format - ZOOM video conference and OFFline format - practical lesson at the Center for Medicine and Dentistry «Edelweiss» (LLC «Alexandria 24») at 1 Proletarsky Prospekt, Moscow.

1 weekday – «Cryogenic treatment in clinical and practical medicine»:

• The history of the method and the most important aspects of cryosurgery
• Fundamentals and principles of cryosurgery, cryotherapy and cryopreservation
• General and local aerocryotherapy
• Areas of application of cryotherapy treatment
• Features of the cryosurgical treatment method and the mechanism of cryodestruction
• Uniqueness and prospects of cryosurgical treatment development

2 weekday – «Cryosurgery of superficial neoplasms»:

• Cryosurgical equipment for cryogenic treatment room
• Cryoapplication method, Cryospray method, Microwave cryodestruction, Cryo-quantum method
• Cryodestruction of superficial benign and malignant neoplasms (demonstration of treatment of basic nosological units)
• Cryodestruction with immunomodulatory therapy Cryodestruction of superficial neoplasms caused by human papillomavirus (demonstration of treatment of basic nosological units)
• Cryodestruction and immunotherapy in oncology

Saturday – Practical lesson:

Demonstration of equipment, skills development;
Analysis of clinical cases, discussions and testing, during which the acquired knowledge is verified and consolidated;
Discussion, answers to questions, coffee break;
На вебинаре-практике курсанты имеют возможность приобретения учебного пособия для врачей по криохирургическому методу лечения, на практическом занятии курсанты имеют возможность лично опробовать криохирургическое лечение и криокосметологию.
During the practical lesson, cadets are given the opportunity to work with all types of cryosurgical equipment in the cryogenic treatment room. The practical lesson includes providing cadets with methodological recommendations and information about domestic companies specializing in the manufacture and sale of cryogenic treatment equipment, cryotherapy and cryocosmetology for cadets.
At the practice webinar, cadets have the opportunity to purchase a textbook for doctors on cryosurgical treatment (500 rubles).
The number of participants in the practical lesson is limited to 8-9 people!
